These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Margnow website at margnow.com, our email service, and any readings or reports we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Margoapps LLC ("Margnow", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia.
By using the Service, signing up for our emails, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Margnow is
Margnow is a personalized astrology guide for entertainment and self-reflection. We use your birth details to generate astrology-based personality readings, daily advice, and compatibility reports written specifically from your chart.
Margnow is not professional advice. Our content is provided for entertainment and personal-interest purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Do not make important decisions based solely on our content. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. The email service
When you subscribe, you consent to receive daily advice emails and occasional related updates from Margnow. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time at no cost. We deliver email on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and delivery can be affected by your email provider, spam filters, or factors outside our control.
We do not require an account or password. Your subscription is tied to the email address and birth details you provide.
4. Paid reports and payments
Compatibility reports are one-time digital purchases (no subscription). Pricing is shown before purchase and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record for paid reports. This means Gumroad handles the payment, applicable taxes, and the financial transaction, and your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms and policies. We do not see or store your full payment card details. By purchasing, you authorize Gumroad to charge you for the selected product.
A paid report is generated and delivered after we receive valid confirmation of payment. We deliver reports by email and/or via a link on the site.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at margnow.com/refund, which forms part of these Terms. Because our reports are personalized digital content delivered electronically, please read it before purchasing.
6. Your information and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you submit (yours and, for compatibility reports, your partner's). Astrology readings depend on this data — inaccurate birth date, time, or place will affect the reading, and we are not responsible for results based on inaccurate information you provide.
For compatibility reports, you confirm that you have a legitimate reason to enter another person's birth details and that doing so does not violate their rights. We use birth details only to generate readings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our readings or reports without our written permission;
- copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service, or use it to train or develop competing models or products;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information without a lawful basis.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, design, logos, software, and the format of our readings, is owned by Margnow or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service and to use the readings and reports we generate for you for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The personalized text in a report you purchase is generated for your personal use; you may keep and share it privately, but you may not resell or publish it as a product or service.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including, for example, Gumroad for payments, our email delivery provider, our astrology calculation provider, and analytics). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these third parties. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or reliable. Astrology is not a science, and our content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margnow and Margoapps LLC, and their owners, employees, and partners, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (or to Gumroad for our products) in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Margnow and Margoapps LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including submitting someone else's birth details without a lawful basis).
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in the Republic of Armenia, except where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
